SmartPak

As a Creative Director at SmartPak, I led hands-on design initiatives, producing impactful visuals and launching products on Amazon with optimized storefronts and A+ content. I streamlined creative processes by developing a design element library, refreshing the brand seasonally, and overseeing multiple projects with seven direct reports. I improved efficiency, reducing project timelines and optimizing the photoshoot process. As a creative leader, I guided teams in developing sub-brands and executing strategies for print and digital projects. My efforts contributed to the successful launch of nine products, with three exceeding their annual goals in just two months.

As an Art Director at MiniLuxe, I worked closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that design projects supported broader business goals. I developed seasonal campaigns, like "Hydrate.Glow.Repeat." and "Holiday Traditions," and contributed to multi-platform strategies across web, mobile, and in-store experiences. I led design projects spanning web, print, digital animation, and video, delivering results under tight deadlines, and collaborated with both internal teams and external agencies to ensure the success of each project.

As a Graphic Designer at Brahmin, I supervised agencies, photographers, and models on large-scale sets to ensure brand consistency across multiple visual formats. I oversaw asset creation for both print and web, producing visuals like posters, billboards, and in-store displays. I also collaborated on a website relaunch, working closely with developers to enhance the user experience. Additionally, I managed over 100 photoshoots, coordinated with both in-house and external photographers, and contributed to social media campaigns and influencer events. My strategic contributions led to a 400% production increase, with email campaigns driving 80% of revenue.
